Collection from Store
We are open from 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 12noon on Saturdays.
If you need to collect outside these hours, we may be able to help. Please phone 09 6232030 to discuss. We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Delivery
Auckland * $17.50 per order (up to two cakes/boxes)
We deliver daily from Monday to Saturday across Auckland** using a premium courier service who take extra care with our cakes.
Morning delivery needs to be ordered by 12noon the previous day. We can’t guarantee a specific delivery time but do our best to meet your requests.
Same day delivery needs to be ordered by 12noon with delivery prior to 6pm.
Please note we do everything possible to deliver on time, but we can’t control Auckland traffic and delays may occur due to conditions outside of our control.
You are welcome to send your own Uber Courier to collect – please phone us on 09 6232030 to ensure your delivery is ready for collection prior to ordering your Uber
North Island $30, South Island $50 per cake
Orders need to be placed by 10am the day before delivery. We use a special time efficient fragile service to ensure your cake arrives just as it left our store. South Island deliveries are Air Freighted to avoid unnecessary delay. All North and Sount Island deliveries can be tracked from our store to the address of delivery.

*Note RURAL delivery may take longer
If you are ordering a cake to be delivered to a rural delivery address, unfortunately we don’t have as much control over the delivery date. In some cases, they are delivered the next day, however they can take 2 to 3 days depending on the address.

We understand the importance of delivering on the date requested and we go the extra mile to ensure this happens, however, if for some unexpected reason your cake isn’t delivered on the requested date, we are unable to offer a refund.
